From the early days of India’s wool and textile industry to a modern manufacturing facility in Sitapur, every generation has contributed its skills, dedication, and vision to preserving a legacy built on hard work and quality.
At the heart of this journey stands Late Mr. Mohd. Razi, whose determination transformed generations of industry experience into an independent enterprise that continues to grow today.

More Than A
Century Of Craftsmanship
For over 140 years, each generation has carried forward the knowledge, discipline, and passion that define our business today.
The Foundation Years
The family's journey began when Late Mr. Jan Mohammad joined the historic Lal Imli Woollen Mills in Kanpur. In 1925, he helped his son, Late Mr. Ameer Ali, continue the family's tradition, building the foundation of knowledge and craftsmanship that shaped future generations.
Learning & Growth In Panipat
Late Mr. Ameer Ali and Late Mr. Mohd. Shafi joined Sheena Company in Panipat. The experience gained during these years expanded the family's expertise and prepared the path for the next generation.
The First Independent Setup
After years of perseverance, Late Mr. Mohd. Razi started his own production setup from home with just 300 sq. ft. of space and six looms.
Expansion & The Next Generation
Operations expanded from a 1,200 sq. ft. facility to a larger 6,800 sq. ft. campus. In 2009, Mohd. Parvez joined the business, helping drive future growth.
The Official Foundation Of GNR
Late Mr. Mohd. Razi purchased land in Khairabad, Sitapur and established the company's permanent facility.
Honoring A Legacy
In 2024, the company lost its guiding force, Late Mr. Mohd. Razi. His values, leadership, and vision continue to inspire every aspect of the organization.
During the same year, Mr. Mohd. Firoz joined the company, helping carry the family legacy into a new era.
